Files on Sundance site

A newbie has asked a question here that I can help with, if only I could put a veg file somewhere where he could get to it. I have seen others say "I posted it to Sundance for you". I think I have the ability to post a veg there, but I'm not sure about the permissions or the guidelines for posting. So, here I am asking the question... Who should I ask if I can post there? What should and shouldn't be posted? Is there a better alternative than Sundance? I don't have a personal site.

Oh yeah,
The veg is small enough to email, but I wanted to include the media as one of the problems he is having is getting media to go with veg'es he has already downloaded.

As for posting there, as long as YOU created the file and you don't mind EVERYONE being able to use it, just submit it for posting (may take a day or two to appear)

The extra media might be more of a problem.
