Film festivals are postponing their dates so I decided to show my latest film here, a link to its Vimeo address:

The video is 30 minutes long, all in classical hand drawn animation, and as most films my wife and I have been making in the last 20 or so years is of a documentary nature based on true experiences. This one. King of the Rest, was made just by the two of us and our composer, Shay Lynch. It took us a little over a year to make with some small interruptions for commercial work in between. I think I have answered the most often asked questions and oh, one more; no producers or clients were involved; we produced it on our own budget..

I have been making short, short clips for Sesame Street since its inception 50 years ago and this film is tied to that anniversary.

Paul, What a delight! I wasn't sure I had 30 minutes to commit to watching this, but thought "what the heck -- it's Saturday, I'll at least watch a little bit to check it out." It was engaging and entertaining and kept me interested the whole time. Such warm and vivid memories of your larger-than-life friend! Well done! (And surely all that animation was a lot of work!)

Thanks, Tim. I have a 2 hr film on Vimeo if you want to practice some more :) It's about Joshua Slocum, the first man to circumnavigate the world alone on a 30 foot oyster sloop.

Animation isn't a lot of work for me, it's more meditative and often joyful, sometimes aggravating too (software stuff). The Slocum film took us 6 years and we went right on to something else to animate.
