I read an article by Douglas Spotted Eagle (a Vegas instructor) about creating a film look cadence in Vegas. His suggestion was to re-render your 29.97 video using the "NTSC DV 24p (inserting 2-3 pulldown)" setting. He adds to make sure that the 'Fields' bar is selected to 'blend' in the properties tab.

When I try this, I get an an error message that states, "The Custom Template you selected is not valid with the current project settings." And it won't allow me to render.

I've tried tinkering with the settings in my properties tab, but nothing seems to rectify the problem.

Any ideas? I really need some help here!
