I bet this HAS come up before, but currently not being able to SEARCH for this through our Forums with any sanity, here's the thing:

I can create a video filter package and save it. GOOD!

I can then apply this FP to an Event. GOOD!

I can create complex FPs on the track Header. GOOD!

But try and drag 'n plop a previously created, fully functioning FP from the Plug-In Manager onto the Track Header. Why? And yes, I know I can use the Track FX. But why not Drag n Plop? There must be a reason.
