finding deleted audio?

I'm sure this question has an easy answer, but I'm stuck...

is there a way reclaim or reinsert audio that I've deleted from the timeline, without going back to the media pool and reinserting the entire clip with the sound?

I'm hoping that there a way just to click on the video clip, and do a "insert audio" function that would re-import the audio, all nice and matched up with the video clip.

Thanks.

Right Click "Video" Event and "Open in Trimmer" - voila! Audio there!

OR . .I use Excalibur which is a toolbox full of valuable "fixes" available in a GUI format! One of them IS an orphan type audio fix. One click and it does just what you are asking for.
