finished a project with vista&vegas

fwiw,,, just finished a small project ,60 sec spot , from 4 tapes of hdv all captured with vegas ,,with no issues at all using vista and vegas 8a,, Not a vista fan, but had a situation where it had to be used.
This my be comman knowlege that vista ,vegas and hdv work ok,,, but i was extremely concerned.

Thanks for posting this. I know it's a rare thing for anyone to think something working is newsworthy but after all the Vista bashing around here it sure makes for a change.

Sometimes "No News" is good news. Keeping a balanced view on this software, I believe, is what this forum espouses to be, which is a rather good thing indeed.

I'm having no issues at all with 8a and vista 64... done several projects now and all has turned out as well as expected.

Just with they'd hurry up with Vegas 64.... that's the sole reason I went vista64 in the first place.
