FIX MY VEGAS & CINESCORE // UNUSABLE ON ALL COMPS

I got a new computer, tried to install Vegas 11, and now Neither computer works with Vegas. My old computer had kept asking for my Cinescore pin intermittently, and then after the registration on my new computer, the entire vegas program on BOTH computers won't work now. This registration thing is absolutely awful, especially when I have to install an old version of Vegas to install Cinescore because it won't accept the printed card that came with the program saying the code doesn't start with the right first 3 characters when that's what works on the old vegas. Now I can't install any version that I've purchased. The moment I install Cinecore and it won't accept it, it crashes it and now nothing works. Fix it! I paid good money for the programs and for all the cinescore expansion packs. The program has been working fins on my Windows 8 for well over a year on my old comp WITH Cinescore, so don't even give me BS that it's not compatible. Fix your damn servers and accept the codes I paid for, in printed form from my original packaging. Until this is all fixed, I will not invest another dime in your products. The fact that you have to register an account three times to be refused to even ask for support (because I have to post on this stupid message board first) gives me ZERO confidence that paying for support is even worth my time or money as you obviously just want my money and it doesn't matter if I use it. You don't think your customers have not already searched the web for a solution? Questioning the intelligence of your customers is very insulting.

Cinescore has been discounted for years.

So while it's great that you've had it working on your PC, it's understandable why it's difficult to register with newer versions of MS and Windows.

If you do a Cinescore search similar to how I found the thread above, you may find a fix.

If MS isn't working now, you should do a clean uninstall. Instructions in the Knowledge Base.

Just a silly ol' question here:
Did the OP remember to install the .NET Framework that came with his Sony software? Because the version that packs with Windows 8 will not do the trick.
