[FIXED] 8 Pro - Touchpad zoom no longer works

I just upgraded Vegas 6d to 8c on my Thinkpad T41p. In Vegas 6 & Sound Forge 8 the scroll feature on the touchpad worked great for zooming in/out of the timeline. In 8c that no longer works at all. My Bluetooth mouse scroll wheel still works fine, but Vegas 8 Pro doesn't seem to recognize the scroll feature on my touchpad.

...is there a way to restore my touchpad zoom ability?

Nevermind...I remembered that this has to do with a customization of the Synaptics *.ini files. I had set them up so the scroll feature worked with vegas60.exe

Now that I've added identical custom settings for vegas80.exe, everything works perfectly.

Chock it up to user error - or memory or whatever. Nothing changed in Vegas.
