Fixed Camera

I have a fixed camera. Can i take the lower right hand corner of the screen and render or clip out just that part to use? THe rest of the screen is useless.

You should be able to do this using "track motion." Consult the Help menu for details on how to do this.

Track Motion or Pan & Crop. Keep in mind that zooming in on footage (essentially what you're doing) is going to pixelate the image some. How much depends on how much you zoom in. Adding a little blur might help some.
