Sound Forge (both versions) supports FLAC.

My Vegas 9 has FLAC. I just assumed that Vegas 9 supported FLAC (and I've been using FLAC.) However, I upgraded to V9 from V6 so maybe the FLAC codec was left over from that.

Or maybe it came from somewhere else. Sound Forge? WinAmp?

Are you saying that Vegas 9 doesn't come with FLAC?

Actually, I just noticed that Vegas 8.0c opens and saves FLAC.
Never noticed it before . . .

I do a lot of FLAC, and both V8 and 9 can open it as well as save it.
