Flash 8 export to .avi -> Vegas -> DVDA

Anyone tried if a 576x720 flash project, exported as .avi, works well in Vegas and then, after MPG2 render, on DVD (DVDA)? It seems like a good way to get "fancy" intros to DVDs - if the quality holds.

Anyone that have tried it?

Maybe you should ask on the DVDA forum too, as I see there's been no answer(s) here so far... ; )
