Flashing screen when previewing

I've just installed VMS 9.0b. If I want to preview my scenes, there are som trouble before I can look at these scenes. My both screens are flashing(in black) and it takes som time before I'm able to see the scenes. I had no trouble when previewing my scenes i SVM 8. My videocard is a Sapphire X1950GT with 512 MB RAM.
Anyone who knows something about this.

I'm editing HD and the project properties were wrong. Vegas Movie Studio is a new program for me. Many Pinnacle Studio versions has been my editing programs for years. Vegas looks great so far.
