Can anyone tell me why my font is confused. It's "SCRIPT"... but clearly it identifies as something else because it doesn't show as SCRIPT in preview. This has happened to several fonts.
Well... I think I feel a little better knowing it's not just me :-) I'll try it in NB. It just seems to eat up a lot more resources. Whenever I play a clip in VP and it gets to a NB cut it lags... as soon as it's clear of that cut it's back in sync. Not a big deal actually. Just a minor road bump in the highway of editing. For smaller, simpler, quick lablee or titles doing it in program is so much more efficient.
I often prepare text in some other software as just a bitmap of the right size, with a transparent background. While it does not allow me to move individual characters independently, I can still move the bitmap around with Event Pan/Crop.
