and I can't remember why, I set up Vegas Pro 8 to identify the origin of the clip on the timeline.
Now in order to view the audio wave form I must expand the audio track.
That's an irritation, particularly in the current project with lots of tight voice editing.
It would be great if someone knows how to reset that option.
'cause the old hard drive betwixt my ears is not functioning as it should today.

Another thing.
Three video tracks have just self-muted.
Is this one of the so-called bugs in VP8?
All video tracks are muted!
Is a strike through the motion blur box a clue?
Maybe I hit something unintentionally?
