I am getting it. Just started today. Firefox 3.5.3.
10:35pm
The esc key closes the box.

Also happens in Firefox under Linux so this isn't related to an MS update.

If every bug that popped up in life could be removed with the Esc button, I'd be even happier.

Since my post yesterday I've started getting it (shouldn't have opened my big mouth).

I'm using IE8,& Vegas XP2 & am working from England. My Password isn't recognised either but pressing Cancel on that menu seems to allow me to carry on as normal. Irritating!

I tried a reboot and I'm still getting the a-r window.

Where's the Raid?

Larry Clifford wrote on 9/14/2009, 6:33 AM
Earlier this morning (8:00 AM eastern) I was continuously asked for my ID and password. I checked the box to remember my information. I was allowed to continue after de-selecting the check box and replying OK several times. This continued for every screen.

I finally selecte Cancel every time and was allowed to continue.

I just returned (9:30 AM eastern) (still logged in at the top of the screen) and it now works. It's magic?

RalphM wrote on 9/14/2009, 8:27 AM
As of now, the bug has left the building....
jdv group wrote on 9/14/2009, 9:16 AM
For me too. Lets hope it has left forever!

Maybe the people in the UK are driving on the wrong side of the internet ?? :-)

My problem ,having arrived late as I said above, now seems to have disappeared as well. One of life's little mysteries!

By the way Mikey, riding your horse on the left in the days before cars meant that you could draw your sword with your right hand and have it ready for use on the side where somebody was approaching. Can't say I've had much use for it lately, though :-)

Now THAT is the most rational explanation I have ever heard for which side of the road to be on !! I guess that means the early colonists here in the states were probably left handed ? :-)

Perhaps doing things different ly was part of throwing off the colonial yoke :-)
