Forum Terms un-readable

The text flows over the bottom text/graphics and underneath the "Accept" button. I COULD read most of it though.

I'm using Mozilla Firefox.

Thank you for letting us know about the problem. The issue with FireFox is fixed, and you can also review the terms here.

I could read it fine in iE.

But the big problem is Clause 1.

"Embarass" or "discomfort" could make anything other than platitudes and sycophancy banned !

I see no problem at all with any of it - As soon as they are paying me to use/promote/evangelise their products - They have a say in what I will and will not say in any form - anywhere. As soon as they are not shipping broken products with vague timelines of corrections, I'll assume whatever I have to say in the way of criticism - until the time comes that the world spins backwards and the laws of physics suspend, that is the way it works.They can and do answer to their consumer and professional markets.

Though I am still holding out a fading hope they can fix SF8,Acid and Vegas in the end.

End of story. Good grief, I am looking forward to the partners meeting this year
