When I Capture I see the Frame Size as 750 x 576 - after capture it's during Editing it's 720 x 480 but when making a PAL Multimedia CD it's back to 720 x 576 also the Frame Rate (I think it is) goes from 29,970 to 25,000i

HDV might some some enlightenments on this subhject matter!?!

BTW, there was a very toublesom person on this forum earlier and we all had some exasperating fun with him - forgot name - could it be that person now as "HDV"? Just a thought.
