Stumbled on a new project. High school football plyer need to high light his performance during games. So he can send his high lights to different schools. I could use a frame by frame editor for these very short videos. This would help picking him out and an arrow or text to frame. Any suggestions? I tried search I may not be wording it right? fishbelt
