Frame By Frame Help

I was using movie studio platinum 13 before i switched to vegas pro 14 and on platinum 13 i dont know if it was a glitch or something but i was able to go into pan/crop and hold ALT+Right arrow to move the video frame by frame and move the pan/crop box along with it with my mouse. meaning i could click and hold the pan/crop box and edit WHILE holding ALT+Right arrow. and every movement i did with the pan/crop box made a keyframe. and so now using vegas pro 14 it doesnt do that. so im HOPING that someone knows if its a thing in vegas pro AND IF IT IS! HOW TO I TURN IT BACK ON!?! please someone help!

I just tried it on my VP14b270, and it is working as expected. Make sure you are clicking on the Event Pan & Crop's mini timeline, because each 'window' has different purpose.
