Frames just repeat themselves on every clips no matter what

Hello, on Vegas 18, When i'm trying to edit a video, everything works correctly but as soon as I add a clip, it makes this weird thing where the clip I added just keep repeating itself on every others clips and I have no idea how to fix that :

Here's a video so you can understand my problem :

However, it works perfectly fine on Vegas 16, but I want to use the 18 since it's way easier for editings

Thank you for the help.

Vegas may be struggling to decode this source clip. Try re-encoding it and see if it works better?

What GPU and CPU do you have? Decoding continues to evolve with Vegas.

It seems to be fixed as I tried a new montage I don't know if it will happens again.

Towards specs I have a AMD ryzen 5 5600x and a rtx 2060 so I shouldn't have any problem

Edit : Nevermind,it happened again after adding a clip, why do you mean by re-encoding it ?

Edit2 : I might found what is the problem, everything worked perfectly fine but as soon as I added a transition, it started to do the "bug" : , the clip is a little bit too short, but, really as I just put the transition into the video track, it ****** up the thing

Edit3 : it happens with only certain transitions tho, kind of weird, ((I tried another transitions from the same plugin (saphire) and it worked perfectly fine))

Hard to give you an answer since your videos have been removed by you, and you failed to give complete information of your problem.

Read THIS and give the answers to all that is required in "B" and "C", and maybe someone can help.

I've used VP14-20 and have never had any problems with transitions from Vegas or BorisFX. I don't have Sapphire so can't comment on it. You might want to contact BorisFX with your problem with specific transitions in Vegas Pro.
