normals & occlusion Image to image = very cool and quick, or mesh for 3D

If you use normals etc/ height maps for Sony Vegas.
Or if you use Hitfilm.

So in Vegas the Normal bumps are much better at displacing light or texture = cleaner
So had a quick go.
