How about http://stockfootageforfree.com/ ?

Also, footagefirm.com -- the company that provides the above website -- has a selection of "cheap" footage for $8.41 per DVD: http://www.footagefirm.com/footage/freefootagedvds.htm

What specifically are you looking for?

Sign up to Artbeats, free clip every month. I'm slowly building a collection, some of which I've used. Should mention I'm feeling quite guilty about not having given them any of my money as yet.

Also Pond5 have a free clip every month or so.

Bob.

Here is another thread, from Bob, leading to 'Pond5'

I have actually used the free clip from back then and bought some stuff from their site too. I think they have a lot of good stuff at reasonable prices.

Thanks Bob :-)
