I purchased Sony Vegas+DVD (download) few days ago because they had an offer to send me a copy(download) of Vegas 5. Now I go to the update page and they said me that is only for the US and I need to send a post mail and wait 4 weeks to "process" when the update is in the web ready to download for $199.

Anyone could help me to upgrade easily?
