Just a bit of a rant, and since Sony doesn't read their own board, probably a waste of time. What would it hurt if Sony were to give it's product, or at least new versions free to the senior members (gurus) of their board? We all know who they are ( I won't mention names because I'm sure I will forget someone and hurt their feelings). They have been members for years, answered and reanswered hundereds or even thousands of questions, have forgotten more than 98% of Sony's techs know, and don't even get so much as a 'thank you' from Sony. How many times have we read 'Sony didn't know the awnser, so they recommended this forum.' This board and these people are a large part of what makes these products so good. Sony couldn't hire people with as much experience or knowledge as many of the members here. Would it really hurt you or cost you Sony to say 'thank you' to the people that help make and keep your products on top?? Cin
