I have put an iris transition at the end of a shot (Transitions / Iris / Circle Out, Center), and I want the iris to freeze halfway for a few seconds before closing completely. I have tried keyframing but it doesn’t seem to affect transitions. The same with velocity envelopes.

Is there another way (apart from shooting a matte with my camera, or creating one in some other software)?
