I'm in the process of making a recruiting field hockey video for my daughter at the request of college coaches. The video needs to include short clips of game action. I'd been told that the game clips should include as much of the entire play as possible, not just zoomed in on one particular player.

In any event, at the beginning of each game action clip I would like to have a freeze frame with an arrow or something that identifies my daughter in the play. Any suggestions on the best way to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.
