Freeze Frame

Hey Guys! I would like to know how to Freeze the video for say a few seconds then continue the video, for example, a skateboard stunt going though mid air i would like to freeze the action in the air or pause it for a split second then continue the action. I've tried looking for help in the contents but no such luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Insert a velocity envelope. Change the percentage speed to 0 at the point where you want to freeze the frame. Using the velocity envelope you can easily ramp speeds from -100% (full speed backwards) through 0% (freeze frame) up to 300% (3x fast forward speed).

Im so dumb i knew about the velocity making the video speed up and down but didnt realize that setting it to zero would freeze! the picture thanks for the help!
