Freeze frame or pausing an image?

Is there a way for me to incorporate a freeze frame video, or pause the image in the Vegas Movie Studio software? I know I can use still images from a digital camera, but I'm wanting to take my video and pause an image for a specific amount of time. Seems simple, but I can't find a way how to do it.

Thanks,

Russ,
First, this is more for the other forum...but the only way you can do this is to capture a still image in VMS, and put that on the timeline next to the frame it came from.
Park the cursor on the frame you want to freeze.
Click the "Project Size Preview" button
Then click the "Save Timeline Snapshot to File" button. Then save the file to a location you can find it. By default, it goes to the My Pictures folder in My Documents.
Locate that image, and put it on your timeline, without having moved the cursor. If there is more video after where your cursor is, either split and remove the media to the right, or put the still on the Text or Overlay track.
