Can anyone give me some direction or guidance in how to go about saving an individual frame (taken from a full-motion video sequence) as a still image in Vegas? I want to take selected frames out of my video, convert them to black-and-white stills, and then make a still video sequence out of them (simulating an old black-and-white slide show).
