Hi, first and most important my name is Federico and I'm a noob ;)

I would like to take a snap shot (a still frame) from an event, is this possible using Vegas?

I'll make an Example:

Just imagine an event, where I want to freeze the first frame, make some titles on it, fade out titles and let the event procedes.
Right now the only way I found is to trim the frame, copy-past it several times, render it as separate event and after add it again to the project; now is the time to use the title.
It works, and Im fine with it... but is there a smarter way to achieve the same result?
