Freezing with multiple video video tracks

derek-v wrote on 5/19/2020, 11:29 AM

i've contacted support numerous times and have updated all drivers and have tried on three seperate computers and I'm still having the same issue on all 3 computers. When I'm editing videos that have multiple video tracks that overlay one another my program is constantly freezing and shutting down. This is really frustrating. I've tried several things such as turning the gpu acceleartion off and disabling the thumbnails, but still am having the same problem. Please help!
