From PC through Canopus to VCR and VHS tape

Does anyone know a sure fire, simple process to transfer my final project from my PC through Canopus (similar to Dazzle Hollywood Bridge)to my VHS tape on my VCR? I have done it twice but each time its is not an easy task! Thanks.

If you mean the ADVC-100, I have one but I haven't transferred back to analogue yet.

I'm expecting it to be capture.. edit.. render.. play to VHS.

What's happening to complicate things?
