Hi Randy if you right click on the file it should bring up a box on the bottom of this box you will find the properties box click on this and it will tell you most of what you need to know about your files.
also alot depends on how the files were encoded on to your system as to what they maybe
but V9 has a few settings for the interent again all depending on how these are going to be streamed
but the likes of youtube now let you load up m2t files now
if i put anything up on youtube i just render down my footage as it is and bang up on there
Wow very cool...thank you!!!!
It's at about 90% but then I may have to wait since I don't have a paid account (holding off since my new website will have plenty of space)
The first is rendered in Vegas with Sony AVC, deinterlaced.
The second is rendered in Handbrake, deinterlaced using yadif.
The third is also rendered in Handbrake, using decomb.
All are 4Mbs, fully 1/3 smaller than your mpeg-2.
I did not crop the side and bottom, but if you choose too, I have some additional advice.
Your audio is kind of low, so I normalized it in Vegas.
When you have stated a preference, I will give you full rendering details to use as a starting point for your project.
Well first of all, thank you so much for going through all this trouble MV I really appreciate it.
They seem pretty close to me but if I had to pick I'd say the decomb looks the best out of the bunch.
Thanks again amigo,
Randy
I did a little demo for you.
This is the simple, fast method doing a straight conversion.
The ones I did before got some processing in Vegas and MXF render before HB.
Yes, I have way too much time on my hands this weekend. http://www.mediafire.com/?l8i6leq5j0tnhhc
.swf files...aren't they those annoying little things that hang around after I delete my unwanted vegas files? So they're actually useful?
Seriously ....I have no idea how I would go about using this?
If I'm trying your patience I'm really sorry but FWIW I am working on my ignorance.
Thanks,
Randy
