Use one of the blur effects, such as Gaussian or you can use the Glow effect to get a nice glow around the images.

OOOhhh. . blur plus GLOW ! Excellent. Use a bezier mask and create a heart shape out of it. Ah, there's lovely!

Yup, Blur plus Glow - you might want to add a whisper of saturation.

See DJ!! Nah! He liked my idea . . yeah kinda does pong a bit - Rochforte or some of that really smelly French Mountain Goat Fromage?

Anyways, before you attempt to do the bez thingie., and before TorS get wind of this ... try one of the MS DingBat shapes - gotta be a heart in there somewhere, and then Chroma OUT the black bit. Ooooh yes .. NOW inter-track a s slight pink to goldie GenMed media and have it ever so slightly faded.

Ah .. Bless!!

Who needs extra s/w when you've got Cheezie-Grazie around?

Love it! Might even try it meself!

ps: Careful with the Dingbats? Wouldn;t want you selecting one of the "other" symbols .. like $ or £ or . . well you can think of 'em?

Does someone want to show me how to do this Bezier Mask you speak of?

I tried making something cute by adding a video track with a soft white circular border glow using the gradient tool, then a secondary video track set to screen which duplicates the main video, but then also adds a soft Gaussian blur of but 0.033, Glow set to White Soft Glow, and Broadcast Colors set to Lenient to lessen the whites.

To test this, I searched Google and found this video clip.

And here's the project.

Thanks for the input, however I should've been more clear. The effect that I want to create is a dreamy look. Any ideas?

Motion Blur. And some guassian blur. Just be careful, it's pretty easy to turn Dream into Nightmare.

I don't have Motion Blur, is that a plug-in that I need to purchase or is somewhere that I'm not looking? I have version 6.0

Ah see, yes you do!

Turn on the Video Buss, RClick the header and add a MB envelope.
One of the most useful things in Vegas.
