The more recent wrappers from FxPansion and others support DirectX 8 automation and should work with ACID4 and Vegas4.

i'm pretty sure the Waves plugins do (although I don't use them). I know RBC's voicet-tweaker supports it as does Auto-tune (3?).

You might want to post this qestion on the acid forum, as Acid 4 has had the automation available for longer.
