I am doing a project where I am automating the autotune bypass function in the excellent IZotope Nectar 2 plugin. This is my first time automating the parameters of a VST plugin and I've noticed two issues.
The first is that if you I slide the track forward or backward in time, the automation stays put and doesn't move with the audio.
The second is that if I set up a loop on my project with FX parameter automation, and check the render only tab, the render starts from the beginning of the project, not just the highlighted portion.
Can someone either confirm this behavior or better yet, tell me what I might be doing wrong?
