Just had a stonking idea! - I/we use a lot of repeated Fxs; motion blur; audio thingys - yeah? Howzabout a "Vegas Palette" one could add TO and Copy>Paste Attribute FROM - to give quick and effective results! - Something like a Media Bin "Grazie's Fx Palette" - K.I.S.S.

I do like the Copy>Paste Attributes function!
