FX software choices?

Just wanted some opinions of third party fx software to use in 4.0 i have sampled everything that came with the program but am looking to find out what other people are using and how ot is working.

Not sure of any 3rd-part fx software you can use IN V4, but some really useful fx apps that are used IN CONJUNCTION with V4 are:

-Adobe After Effects
-Discreet Combustion
-Pinnacle Commotion Pro

Seems a few here are using Pixelan Spice Master.
You can find a few interesting things at www.debugmode.com too, morphing being one of them (and free)

I have heard that a plugin for BORIS RED is supposed to be in the works, as well.

Check out particleIllusion by WonderTouch. It’s an incredible particle effects generator for smoke, fog, fire, water falls, bird flocks, shooting stars, fire works, explosions, falling debris, etc. The particleIllusion SE version is only $99. The new 3.0 version is $399. Not a plugin but a great program for the price.
