Gadget Labs Wave 8*24 compatible?

Has anyone tried Vegas with a Gadget Labs Wave 8*24 8
channel audio card? I downloaded the demo, and when I
record, the recorded music has a repetitive clicking sound
whenever there is actual sound(not during the silent parts).
It's not clipping, and it's not skipping. Not running
any FX.Aside from the clicking the audio sounds fine. Are
there some parameters I need to adjust or is it not
compatible with my card? Also, can I record more than a
track at a time? I can't seem to find a way to assign my
diffferent inputs to different tracks. Aside from the
recording prob, I am pleased with what I see so far. I have
a PII 350mhz w 64 m of ram, and it records fine in other
applications.

Gadget Labs has or will be releasing a fix for the drivers. The
clicking you are hearing is silence that the driver was inserting
into the recorded buffers due to a buffer alignment problem. Check
the Gadget Labs web site for the update.

Selecting inputs on tracks:

You need to be in custom routing mode which is set in the Preferences
| Routing page.

After you arm a track for recording, you can click the number that
appears next to the record armed indicator to select the input port
for the track. Note that it defaults to stereo input, but you can
also select left or right channel for mono recording from the device.

Thanks
Peter

I have the same card and never got the clicks - my full version just
arrived today - I hope I don't suddenly acquire this problem when I
get it home!

FYI - I'm running NT 4 Wks with the Lastest NT drivers from GL.

The NT Drivers did not have the problem.
