Purchased Excalibur a couple of days ago to hopefully make life a little easier. I tried the gap wizard last night to set a consistent fade time between a ton of clips. (that were already manually overlapped). I unchecked "maintain existing fades" and checked "disolve between clips". It didn't do a thing to existing fades. Only if I separated the clips and truly put a gap between them did it appear to do anything.

If I'm doing something wrong, let me know. If that's working as designed, then it's usefulness is minimal. That means you got one shot to get your fades right. Is that true?
