Garbled message at top of forum

I just noticed this garbled message at the top of the Vegas forum:

Is it just me being asked all those questions????

Also, "tips" only has one "p".

I doesn't appear to be a browser render / encoding issue. Examining the source shows that it is what the site server is sending down-the-line to the browser...
