Gearshift failed after 7+ hour render!

I just did a lengthly 7 hours plus Gearshift render. Now when I go to shift gears I get a message that says "errors found when replacing media" followed by "no media files were replaced". Right now I can go back and forth between the original and proxy versions by undoing and redoing the last script command, but that isn't going to help me much with this project. Is there anyway to directly edit the Gearshift generated files when things go wrong so as to avoid having to do another lengthly render?

First, GearShift doesn't "render" but rather uses Vegas' tools to render, so if the render failed, it's something in either the file, or hardware that had the issue. GearShift only points to the file and file location for the target render.
you can rename the GearShift files, but more info is needed as to what exactly you have on the system.
Please send an email to the ultimatesupport [at] vasst [dot] com so that everyone on the team gets a copy of the issue?
