getting a bmp from image in preview screen

hi.
how do i get a bipmap of an image that is in my preview screen? i see options for jpg and another format, but not bitmap. i want the highest image quality possible from a screenshot.

I don't know about .bmp, but to get a better jpeg see:

Once you save in the project size format in jpeg you'll have to uncheck that mark to make your video in the preview screen play at correct size but once you import the jpeg you'll have better quality.

yep, i did see that info about improving the quality of a jpeg. still, want a bmp because its not compressed and better quality.

i used to use vw4 and vw5. if i recall, you can capture a bmp of something playing in the viewscreen. but now i use vf, and not about to reload vw just for bmp capture. its not a biggy, just was wondering if it could be done.
