Getting codec activation errors

Movie Studio 15. Just recently started getting the following errors. Projects I worked on less than a month ago are failing to open all media.

Running as Admin doesn't improve things. Deactivating and reactivating doesn't help. Reinstalling doesn't help. Moving the install location doesn't work.

Probably you first used the program with another email addres.
Use you old login email addres or ask Magix to change the only user
