Because of the codecs?

Hi to all,
The videos from GH2 always looked to me natural, sharp, warmer, fluid etc.
whilst the videos from D750 seems a little bit "harsh and raw".

Is it because of camera setings?
Is is possible to convert these mov. files as videos produced with GH2?
If yes, how and with which settings?
