GL Transitions not showing up properly during/after render

When applying GL Transitions to my video they look good in preview, but after rendering they look like a complete disaster. Very glitchy and laggy. I have no idea how to fix it. Also, Film Effects have a black shaky bar when applied and it looks super bad, how can I make that disappear?

Vegas Pro 20 with a 3070TI.

I have no idea what to do.

Read this POST, especially answering "B" and "C" if you want help. GL transitions are working fine on my computer. Even the custom ones made by others. Same with Vegas Film Effects.
