Glitches in video when rendering text

Vegas 13, latest update installed.

I'm rendering a video with generated text in the video. When Vegas renders the portion that has text, the video gets glitchy. If I temporarily mute the video track containing the text and re-render, the glitches stop. So, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the text.

This project does have a mixture of framerates, if that helps.

Any suggestions for correcting this?

I figured this out.

I had to go to the properties for the clips that were playing at the same time as the text and choose "Disable resample."

That fixed it.

The glitches only occurred where I had clips with framerates different than the project rate.
