Ok, strange problem... I want to render a short sequence of clips, without too much compression (I'm going to process/save the files further, so don't want too many artifacts in the video); HOWEVER, if I attempt to render as a "PAL DV Widescreen" avi file, I get occasional video glitches - full-screen primary-coloured mosaic patterns.

If I render to mpg (DVD Architect PAL Widescreen Video stream), the file looks fine.

I'm using Movie studio Platinum 6.0a (build 85).

Any reason I should get the glitches?
