Searching the web for solutions to create a glow or outline effect - this for professional fencing where I need to highlight a specific movement of a player, not required to highlight their foil. The video would have been shot already so no option to shoot blue screen though I suppose I could create a mask especially if the background is solid and use color picker to select?

Question other then the gimmicks I've seen for light sabre and the like, is there a process with a plug-in effect or other process someone can suggest.
