Going Pro-worth it ?

I'm happy with VMS Platinum 10 and only do family vacation videos and the occasional industrial, instructional video, so, with time running out on the upgrade, is it worth it to go pro ? What are the must haves in the pro version ?

Yes, I've gone Pro :
64bit
Full Duplex Audio Recording (so I can hear myself recording voice overs)
Histogram
Many Bug Fixes & Updates that VMS didn't get.....

Worth it.
